I’ve loved this album ever since I was 16 and every song is so easy for me to relate to which is why “Cater 2 U”, “Love”, & “T-Shirt” are still my favorites now that I’m 33 and trying to figure out life as I listen to each one because I still remember the words to each song.

The vocal performance in Partition is excellent. The allusions to sex are cheeky enough, with some outright pronouncements rendering the track a rated ‘R’ experience. That stated, if you like Beyoncé the performer, you’ll like the song. If you don’t like her, the song let’s you know that she is not sweating your disapproval.

Love these suggestions! A couple of other thoughts: Babydoll vs Anytime Anyplace, When You Believe be Scream, and Side Effects vs What About. Also I think There’s Got To Be A Way is a better thematic fit with Rhythm Nation than Fly Like A Bird.
